CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients waiting for appointments, the following cancellation policy is in place: • 48+ Hours Notice: Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment with no fee. • 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will require 50% of the scheduled service cost. • Less Than 24 Hours / Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, including same-day cancellations, will require 100% of the scheduled service cost. • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
